Can we lock an interest rate?
We can absolutely lock your interest rate within minutes! Once you are under contract on a home and we have determined and tailored the best loan program for your needs, we lock in your rate to secure it for your closing.
Once I have applied, what’s next?
Our team reviews your application and determines if any other documents are needed. We then provide a pre-approval package to you and your agent… and it’s house shopping time!
What documents do I need to provide?
In general: 30 days of Paystubs, 2 years of W-2s, 2 months of Bank Statements, and your Driver’s License.
Will applying with multiple places hurt my credit?
Yes it can. With us, we only pull your credit one time and then shop rates all over Texas to find you the best deal.
